Located at the entrance to the fishing port and marina, it is a raised slipway equipped with a forklift on a rail with a winch. Principally reserved for fishing boats of up to 100 tonnes, it can also be used by wooden vessels for professional use or pleasure, according to availability. The car park for repairs must not exceed a few days.

This has been entirely renovated, including the 3 buildings and the winter boat maintenance areas and the vessel storage. It can hold up to a hundred vessels for maintenance and winter storing. The vessels must be launched into the water each year. There is a marine forklift on wheels to do this, with a capacity of 22 tonnes which is used for loading. Please note that the access point is at the Socoa water body which is subject to the tides.

Today, it is managed by the SPL at a minimum for loading, wedging and storing. The development will be managed by a public service delegation contract so that professionals can intervene with vessel owners for mechanics, electronics, stratification, painting and woodwork. The goal is that all these services can be carried out under shelter in a suitable environment.
