Anchorage of the Nivelle

The downstream part of this zone is in the port perimeter and is dedicated to the former fishing members of the Bayonne area. These spots can be allocated to amateur sailors, but priority is given to the former fishing members. Beyond that, there is an anchorage and light equipment zone for vessels of maximum 8 meters long.

4 pontoons on the Saint Jean de Luz side and 1 on the Ciboure side give access to the anchorage. The docking is done during the anchorage to the transverse mother chains.

Each user is responsible for his own hooking system to the mother chains. Dinghies should be identified and moored to the pontoons with a rope or a chain of 1.80 meters minimum length.
