The fishing port

The fishing port is located at the river mouth of the Nivelle, straddling the towns of Saint Jean de Luz and Ciboure. It is both a border and a go-between, according to which epoch it is situated in. Today, despite the more numerous difficulties the fishermen have, it remains in the the top ten of the French fish markets and provides a variety of services to its users.
